A Successful First Installation: Enhancing Efficiency and Shopping Experience

The installation of FREOR Glass Doors at Norfa Supermarket marks the successful debut of this exciting new product. Norfa is now the first supermarket to feature the NDL JUPITER multidecks equipped with FREOR Glass Doors.

Our glass doors provide Norfa with several key benefits:

Enhanced Insulation For Energy Efficiency. Argon gas significantly improves the thermal insulation of the glass door, reducing energy costs by minimizing heat transfer.
Excellent Product Visibility Without Frames. Without bulky frames obstructing the view, frameless doors allow for a more unobstructed and continuous display of products.
Energy Efficiency Due to Minimized Gap Between Doors. We have manufactured our doors with a gap of 3 mm to minimize exchanging warm outside air with cool air inside the refrigeration unit. This helps maintain a stable internal temperature and reduces the workload.
Ergonomic Shopping Experience Due to a Dual Opening Solution. The possibility to open separate doors simultaneously allows multiple customers to get the products they need at the same time.
Smooth Opening and Closing Due Gravity Hinges. Gravity hinges enable doors to close automatically from a 70-degree angle, making them ideal for high-traffic commercial environments where frequent use is expected.

By integrating FREOR glass doors with the NEW DESIGN LINE refrigeration equipment, we’ve created a solution that maximizes energy efficiency and durability while improving the shopping experience. Additionally, Norfa supermarket was implemented with NDL JUPITER ROLL-IN multideck and NDL VEGA SPACE QB line serve-overs, which together created a seamless and modern-looking supermarket layout.

This successful implementation at Norfa supermarket demonstrates the capability and adaptability of FREOR Glass Doors across the retail sector. With this new addition to FREOR refrigeration solutions, we are now able to meet the growing demand for energy-efficient and customer-friendly solutions, offer quicker lead times, and improve the after-sales experience.
