Communication and Marketing Specialist

As part of our marketing team, you’ll help shape how FREOR is presented to customers, partners, and retailers across more than 50 countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and update the company website.
Create engaging website content and newsletters in English and Lithuanian.
Create B2B marketing content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create and adapt visual content, including website banners, images, and other marketing materials.
Prepare compelling copy for presentations, product materials, and sales support content.
Support internal and external communication projects with high-quality written content.
Support the marketing team with campaigns, trade exhibitions, events, product launches, and other exciting projects – no two days are the same!

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
Experience using Adobe Photoshop (experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus).
Excellent written and spoken English, with native-level Lithuanian.
A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

The salary for this position is from 1450 to 2450 € gross.
