Baltijos šalyse veikiantis privataus kapitalo fondas „Livonia Partners“ investuoja į aplinką tausojančios komercinės šaldymo įrangos gamintoją FREOR LT. Lietuvoje įsikūrusiam vieninteliam tokio tipo įrangos gamintojui Baltijos šalyse fondas padės plėstis ir patenkinti augančią tarptautinę paklausą. „Livonia Partners“ perka 33 proc. FREOR akcijų iš fondo „Accession Mezzanine Capital III L.P“, valdomo bendrovės „Mezzanine Management“.
Lietuvoje įsikūrusi bendrovė FREOR vienintelė Baltijos šalyse gamina komercinę šaldymo įrangą bei kuria energiją taupančius ir aplinką tausojančius inovatyvius šaldymo sprendimus. Šaldymo įrangą bendrovė per platintojus tiekia mažmenininkams, įskaitant ir didžiuosius prekybos centrus, visoje Europos Sąjungoje ir už jos ribų. Pernai bendrovės pajamos padidėjo 47 proc. iki 36 mln. eurų. Gerus rezultatus lėmė didesnis pasaulio dėmesys tvarumo idėjoms ir klimato kaitai, taip pat auganti šaldytų produktų pasiūla parduotuvėse.

Akcijas pardavęs fondas AMC III į FREOR investavo 7 mln. eurų 2015 m. pradžioje.

Vakarų Europa ir Šiaurės regionas yra didžiausios rinkos, tačiau pardavimai į NVS šalis, Vidurio Rytus, Aziją ir Pietų Afriką taip pat užima ženklią dalį: „Esame dėkingi „Mezzanine Management“ komandai, jog padėjo mums atsirasti ten, kur esame dabar. Šis sandoris – penktoji „Livonia Partners“ investicija. Fondas investuoja į vidutinio dydžio bendroves Baltijos šalyse, kurios pasižymi stipria vadovų komanda ir yra augančios. 2016 m. fondas įsigijo Estijos saunų gamintoją „Ha Serv“ ir Estijos rinkoje pirmaujančią sodo ir namų apyvokos prekių pardavėją „Hortes“. Pernai „Livonia Partners“ investavo į duomenų perdavimo tinklų ir IT saugumo sprendimų bendrovės „Santa Monica Networks“ padalinius Lietuvoje ir Latvijoje bei į interneto ir televizijos paslaugų tiekėją „Cgates“.
