ENERGIJĄ TAUPANTIS ŠALDYMO ĮRANGOS TEMPERATŪROS VALDYMO SPRENDIMAS

 

Energiją taupantis šaldymo įrangos sprendimas iš FREOR – temperatūros valdymo sistema Continuous Cooling. Naujoji sistema turi inovatyvų komercinės šaldymo įrangos temperatūros reguliavimo algoritmą, kuris padeda pasiekti aukštą energijos vartojimo efektyvumą.

FREOR nuolat ieško būdų kaip patobulinti tradicinius šaldymo metodus, siekiant užtikrinti kuo mažesnį energijos suvartojimą komercinėje šaldymo įrangoje. Tradicinis kompresorius šaldymo įrangoje dirba ciklais: jis būna išjungtas esant žemiausioje leistinoje temperatūroje, kol temperatūra pakyla iki aukščiausio temperatūros taško. Pasiekus aukščiausią temperatūros tašką, kompresorius yra įjungiamas. Toks valdymo sistemos tipas sukelia didelius temperatūros svyravimus ir energijos nuostolius.

Continuous Cooling valdymo sistema pakeičia tradicinį įjungiamą/išjungiamą kompresorių į invertorinį kompresorių, veikiantį su pažangiu valdikliu. Naudojant šią

valdymo sistemą, šaldymo efektyvumą galima padidinti reguliuojant kompresoriaus greitį pagal temperatūrą esančią įrangos viduje. Reguliuojant kompresoriaus greitį, temperatūra šaldymo įrangoje išlieka stabili, o išgarinimo procesas vyksta nuolat, skiriasi tik jo našumas.

Tačiau ne tik kompresorius šią sistemą padaro tokia našia. Labai svarbu yra visų komponentų sąveika tarpusavyje bei jų efektyvumas. Pažangus algoritmas valdiklyje nustato inverterinio kompresoriaus ir kitų sistemos komponentų parametrus bei veikimo režimus. Tai leidžia valdikliui optimizuoti temperatūros valdymą, taip sumažinant temperatūros svyravimus.

Continuous Cooling sistema gali būti naudojama visoje FREOR šaldymo įrangoje, veikiančioje su Plug & Play ar bet kuria Hydroloop sistema, kuri kaip šaltnešį naudoja natūralias propano dujas (R290).


 

ENERGIJOS VARTOJIMO EFEKTYVUMO REZULTATAI FREOR LABORATORIJOJE

 

Continuous Cooling sistemos naudojimas komercinėje šaldymo įrangoje buvo išbandytas FREOR laboratorijoje, kuri atitinka pasaulinį šaldymo įrangos standartą – ISO 23953. Rezultatai parodė ne didesnį kaip 0,5 °C temperatūros svyravimą, o tai lemia itin didelį energijos vartojimo efektyvumą. Temperatūros valdymo sistema buvo testuojama

šaldymo įrangoje veikiančioje įvairiuose temperatūrų diapozonuose, taip pat įrangoje su durimis ir be jų. Bandymų rezultatai, atlikti aplinkos temperatūrai siekiant 25° C ir esant 60 % drėgmės, parodė, kad energijos suvartojimo sutaupymas naudojant Continuous Cooling siekia apie 50 %. Rezultatai gali skirtis esant skirtingoms aplinkos sąlygoms.

Brief description of the FREOR safety policy

FREOR cares about its customers’ privacy and makes sure that their personal data is safe:

What information do we collect?

FREOR notifications and newsletters

FREOR seeks to share with its newsletter recipients only the relevant news. If you subscribe to the FREOR newsletter on the FREOR website or otherwise provide FREOR with your contact data (by exchanging visit cards with FREOR representatives at meetings or events or presenting your contact information when registering for FREOR events), FREOR may send you newsletters and notifications with the interest of pursuing business relationships with companies represented by you.

Having sent a notification, FREOR may collect statistical data about your behaviour with regard to the newsletter, for instance, whether you have opened the e-mail, what links you clicked on, what device you used, etc. FREOR does this by using cookies (provided that you give consent).
