Nuo 2021 m. kovo 1 d. įsigalioja naujieji ES Energijos vartojimo efektyvumo ženklinimo (ES) 2019/2018 ir Ekologinio projektavimo (ES) 2019/2024 reglamentai, kuriais nustatomos prekėms tiesiogiai parduoti skirtų šaldymo aparatų reguliavimo reikalavimų taikymo taisyklės. ES energijos vartojimo efektyvumo ženklinimo taisyklėmis siekiama užtikrinti didesnį prietaisų energijos vartojimo efektyvumą ir padėti ES neutralizuoti poveikį klimatui. Abiem reglamentais netiesiogiai siekiama skatinti gamintojų inovatyvumą, mažinti energijos vartojimą ir šaldymo įrangos poveikį aplinkai, gerinti sprendimų eksploatacines savybes.
Naujojoje energijos vartojimo efektyvumo etiketėje taikoma gaminių energijos vartojimo efektyvumo klasifikacija nuo A (didžiausias efektyvumas) iki G (mažiausias efektyvumas). Klasės A+, A++ ir A+++ nebebus naudojamos. Pagal pradinį scenarijų planuojama, kad A ir B klasės liks tuščios, siekiant paskatinti rinką diegti naujoves, didinančias gaminių efektyvumą, todėl svarbu patikslinti, kad jei 2021 m. įsigysite C klasės šaldymo įrenginį, tai reikš, kad pasirinkote efektyviausią gaminį.
Taip pat svarbu paminėti, kad etiketėje nurodomi objektyvūs matavimai. Laboratorijose atliktų testavimų metu bus nustatoma etiketėje nurodoma informacija. Etiketėse pateikiama informacija apie per metus suvartojamą energijos kiekį, gaminio tūrį arba ekspozicijos plotą bei temperatūrą.
Etiketės viršutiniame dešiniajame kampe pateikiamas QR kodas, leisiantis lengviau susirasti papildomą informaciją EPREL duomenų bazėje. Klientai galės susipažinti su išsamesne informacija apie gaminį išmaniuoju telefonu nuskenuodami QR kodą.

Europos Komisijos EPREL sistema (ES gaminių energijos vartojimo efektyvumo ženklinimo duomenų bazė) yra ES internetinė duomenų bazė, kurioje registruojami visi gaminiai prieš pateikiant juos ES rinkai. Taip vartotojams per kiekvienoje etiketėje esantį QR kodą bus suteikiama prieiga prie papildomos informacijos apie gaminius, o rinkos priežiūros institucijos galės vykdyti veiksmingesnę atitikties kontrolę.
Gamintojai privalo visus ES rinkai tiekiamus gaminius pažymėti spausdintine naujojo dizaino energijos vartojimo efektyvumo etikete ir pasirūpinti, kad būtų prieinama gaminio informacija (techniniai duomenys). Platintojai privalo gamintojo pateiktomis etiketėmis pažymėti visus parduodamus ir eksponuojamus gaminius, taip pat ir gaminius, parduodamus ir eksponuojamus prekybos parodose.
ES ekologinio projektavimo teisės aktais nustatomi mažiausi energijos vartojimo efektyvumo reikalavimai gaminiams ir įvedami nauji reikalavimai, nurodantys, kad atsarginės dalys turėtų būti lengviau keičiamos, o pagrindinės dalys ir remonto bei techninės priežiūros informacija galutiniams vartotojams ir profesionaliems remontininkams turėtų būti prieinama mažiausiai 8 metus nuo gaminio pateikimo į rinką. To tikslas – pagerinti gaminių taisomumą ir perdirbamumą, o šie kriterijai yra ES žiedinės ekonomikos darbotvarkės ir ilgalaikių klimato tikslų pagrindas.
Visai šaldomai eksponavimo įrangai bus taikomos šios EEI (energijos vartojimo efektyvumo indekso) normos:
nuo 2021 m. kovo: EEI < 100;
nuo 2023 m. rugsėjo: EEI < 80.
Taikant komerciniam šaldymui skirtą reglamentą kyla iššūkių, nes komercinė šaldymo įranga, priešingai nei kiti plačiai vartojami gaminiai, dažnai yra pritaikyta pagal kliento reikalavimus, rinkai teikiami įvairios specifikacijos modeliai (konfigūracija, ilgis, geometrija, aksesuarai ir kt.).
Dėl šios priežasties „Eurovent“, bendradarbiaudami su komercinės šaldymo įrangos gamintojais, 2020 m. gruodžio 2 d. išleido rekomendaciją Nr. 14/6 – 2020 „Reglamento (ES) 2019/2018 ir Reglamento (ES) 2019/2024 aiškinimas“, kuria nustatomos rekomenduojamos taisyklės testavimui, užpildančios spragas tarp reglamento reikalavimų ir plataus siūlomų šaldomų įrenginių spektro.

Įmonės projektavimo bei plėtros skyrius ir gaminių dalių tiekėjai jau keletą metų didžiausią dėmesį skyrė energiją taupantiems ir tvariems gaminių modeliams. Jau ištestavome dalį mūsų prekybinės šaldymo įrangos ir šiuo metu įrenginėjame naują laboratoriją mūsų naujojoje gamykloje, kur pagal EN23953 standartus bus matuojamas mūsų prekybinės šaldymo įrangos energijos suvartojimas. Be to, šiuo metu kuriame internetinę dokumentų sistemą, kurią netrukus paleisime.
