FREOR visuomet džiaugiasi galimybe dirbti kartu su įmonėmis esančiomis Lietuvoje, ypač įrenginėjant tvarius ir gamtai draugiškus šaldymo sprendimus, taip prisidedant prie šalies ekologijos.
Praeitais metais sostinėje atsidarė didžiausias šiaurės Europoje outlet centras Vilnius Outlet. Prekybos centre įsikūrė ir viena didžiausių bei moderniausių Rimi parduotuvių bei gurmaniškų prekių parduotuvė Assorti. Abi parduotuvės buvo įrengtos su komercine šaldymo įranga iš FREOR.
Galvodamos apie save supančią aplinką bei ateitį, skirtingų dydžių parduotuvės priėmė skirtingus, bet gamtai draugiškus šaldymo sistemų sprendimus. Rimi savo naująjai parduotuvei pasirinko FREOR Green Wave CO2 produktų liniją, kurią sudaro neautonominiai gaminiai, pritaikyti naudoti su šaltnešiu CO2. Mažesnio dydžio Assorti parduotuvė pasirinko autonominę šaldymo įrangą iš Green Wave R290 linijos, veikiančios su natūralių propano (R290) dujų šaltnešiu.
Nors parduotuvių pasirinkimai skirtingi, tačiau abu šaldymo sprendimai yra tvarūs, turi labai žemą visuotinio atšilimo potencialą (VAP), o patekę į aplinką neturi jokios įtakos ozono sluoksniui.
CO2 sistemos yra dažnai naudojamos didesnį prekybos plotą turinčiose parduotuvėse dėl mažo energijos suvartojimo. CO2 šaltnešis gali ženkliai pagerinti energijos suvartojimą šalyse, turinčiose švelnaus ar šalto klimato sąlygas, kaip ir Lietuva. Neautonominės šaldymo sistemos, veikiančios su CO2 šaltnešiu, šaldymo projektas, dėl savo puikaus energijos vartojimo efektyvumo, didelėse parduotuvėse atsiperka per gan trumpą laiką. Visi sistemos šaldymo komponentai yra sumontuojami vienoje patalpoje, todėl sistemą lengva prižiūrėti, o šaldymo įrangoje atsiranda daugiau vietos maisto produktams.
R290 šaltnešis puikiai tinka mažesnio ploto parduotuvėse, tokiose kaip Assorti, kadangi visi sistemos komponentai, kurie dalyvauja šaldymo cikle, yra sumontuoti į patį šaldytuvą, taip panaikinant poreikį įrengti specialią šaldymo agregatų patalpą, todėl yra sutaupomas prekybinės erdvės plotas parduotuvėje. Sistemos lankstumas leidžia lengvai pakeisti įrangos išdėstymą parduotuvėje ar papildyti nauja bet kuriuo metu, neuždarant parduotuvės. Autonominė šaldymo įranga veikia su hermetiškais kompresoriais, kurie puikiai dirba įvairiose temperatūrose, todėl sistema yra itin energetiškai efektyvi.
Naujoji 3800 kv. metrų ploto Rimi parduotuvė buvo aprūpinta daugiau nei 170 metrų užimančia komercine šaldymo įranga iš Green Wave CO2 linijos. Parduotuvėje buvo sumontuota: 13 aukštų priesienių JUPITER, 2 aukšti priesieniai JUPITER ROLL-IN, 20 vienetų žemų priesienių PLUTON SPACE suformuotų į salas, 2 vienetai VEGA QB H2 savitarnos vitrinų, 9 vienetai VEGA QB HG vitrinų, VEGA QB HOT BM karšta vitrina ir 17 šaldymo salų HELLA.
Assorti parduotuvėje FREOR sumontavo 3 šaldiklius DELTA, VEGA QB PASTRY LU vitriną sujungtą su VEGA QB HG LU OC90 kampu, bei 8 vienetus VEGA SPACE QB HG LU vitrinų iš Green Wave R290 linijos.
