Europos Sąjunga siekia pirmauti kuriant tvarią ateitį ir išsikėlė tikslą iki 2050 m. tapti pirmuoju klimatui neutraliu žemynu. Siekdama šio tikslo, Europos Komisija pasiūlė naują F-dujų reglamentą dėl fluorintų dujų naudojimo ribojimo, kurios yra dažnai naudojamos kaip šaltnešis šaldymo sektoriuje. F-dujos prisideda prie šiltnamio efektą sukeliančių dujų išmetimo ir klimato kaitos. Šis pasiūlymas, įsigaliojęs 2024 m. kovo 11 d., yra svarbus žingsnis siekiant tvarios ir aplinką tausojančios Europos Sąjungos ir pasaulio ateities.
Naujasis reglamentas turės daug teigiamos įtakos, tačiau šaldymo sektorius ir jo klientai susidurs su neišvengiamais pokyčiais ir iššūkiais. FREOR jau seniai pasiruošė šiems iššūkiams ir esame pasiruošę padėti jums eiti per šiuos pokyčius bei pasiūlyti F-dujų reglamento neribojamus ir ateičiai pritaikytus komercinius šaldymo sprendimus.
Naujasis F-dujų reglamentas įpareigoja iki 2050 m. visiškai panaikinti F-dujų naudojimą visoje ES. Apribojimai bus taikomi etapais, o pirmasis, taikomas komerciniam šaldymo įrangos sektoriui, prasidės 2025 m.
Nuo 2025 m. bet kuri nauja komercinė šaldymo įranga negalės veikti naudojant F-dujų šaltnešius, kurių visuotinio atšilimo potencialas (VAP) yra didesnis nei 2500. Nuo tų pačių metų naujai autonominei šaldymo įrangai nebebus leidžiama naudoti F-dujų šaltnešių, kurių VAP yra didesnis nei 150. O nuo 2030 m. iki tol galiojusi riba bet kokiai naujai šaldymo įrangai bus visiškai sumažinta iki VAP 150.
Nuo 2025 m. šaldymo įrangos aptarnavimas ir techninė priežiūra bus apribota iki VAP 2500; nuo 2032 m. stacionari šaldymo įranga, veikianti su F-dujomis, galės būti prižiūrima ir aptarnaujama, tik su šaltnešiais, kurių VAP yra iki 750. Jau esamą komercinę šaldymo įrangą, kuri naudoja regeneruotus ar recirkuliuotus F-dujų šaltnešius, iki 2030 m. bus leista aptarnauti ir atlikti techninį aptarnavimą su didesniu VAP nei 2500. Aptarnavimo ir techninės priežiūros limitas reiškia, kad didelė dalis komercinės šaldymo įrangos turės būti atnaujinta su aplinkai draugiškais šaltnešiais.
Naujasis F-dujų reglamentas taip pat nustatė ryšį tarp kai kurių F-dujų ir PFAS (perfluorintų ir polifluorintų medžiagų) – sintetinių cheminių medžiagų, kurios nesuyra aplinkoje. Šios cheminės medžiagos užteršia požeminius, paviršinius vandenis ir dirvožemį, todėl sukelia pavojų žmonių ir gyvūnų sveikatai. Patvirtinus, kad kai kurios fluorintos dujos suyra į PFAS, kitas žingsnis – uždrausti kenksmingus sintetinius šaltnešius, kas jau yra svarstoma.
Europos cheminių medžiagų agentūra (ECHA), atsakinga už cheminių medžiagų registravimą, vertinimą, autorizavimą ir apribojimą (REACH), pasiūlė PFAS medžiagų gamybos ir naudojimo apribojimus. Siūlomi apribojimai būtų taikomi šaltnešiams, tokiems kaip R448A, R449A, R512A, R452A, R454B bei daugeliui kitų, kurie tampa vis populiaresni. Šių šaltnešių populiarumą lemia tai, kad jie gali būti naudojami kaip šaltnešių, turinčių didelį VAP, alternatyva, nes pastarieji palaipsniui yra draudžiami naudoti pagal F-dujų reglamentą.
Jei šis apribojimas įsigaliotų, tai reikštų, kad šaltnešiai, kuriuose yra PFAS medžiagų, taptų toksiškomis atliekomis, o tai dar labiau apribotų leistinų šaltnešių įvairovę komerciniame šaldymo sektoriuje.
Komercinės šaldymo įrangos sektoriaus klientai turės keisti seną, aplinkai kenksmingą šaldymo įrangą ar sistemas, kuriose įranga veikia. Dėl Europos F-dujų laipsniško naudojimo apribojimo ir galimų PFAS apribojimų, šiai dienai yra galimi tik trys šaltnešiai, kurie būtų ilgalaikiai sprendimai: amoniako (R717), CO2 (R744) ir propano (R290) dujų šaltnešiai.
Kadangi pokyčiai bus neišvengiami, FREOR jau dabar siūlo pereiti prie komercinio šaldymo sprendimų, veikiančių su natūralių, propano (R290) arba CO2 (R744), dujų šaltnešiais. Šie sprendimai yra ne tik draugiški aplinkai, bet ir energetiškai efektyvūs. Be to, jie yra ateities sprendimai, kadangi jiems neturi įtakos jokie teisiniai reikalavimai, susiję su PFAS apribojimais ar pasaulinėmis F-dujų mažinimo iniciatyvomis, tokiomis kaip Monrealio protokolo Kigalio pataisa ir dabartinis atnaujintas ES F-dujų reglamentas.
