В прошлом году российская сеть розничной торговли «Магнит» открыла несколько новых магазинов. Но один объект, находящийся в Воскресенске, недалеко от Москвы, исключительный. Это первый торговый центр в России, в котором внедрена система охлаждения с использованием естественного хладагента CO2.
Свой вклад в этот проект предприятие FREOR внесло, поставляя холодильное оборудование, произведенное в филиале компании в Белоруссии.
«Главными факторами при выборе нашим предприятием технического решения для нового магазина являются качество и надежность оборудования, минимальное потребление энергии и соответствие новейшим стандартам в области охраны окружающей среды. Танскритическая система охлаждения, в которой используется природный газ CO2, была выбрана из-за низкого энергопотребления, компактности, меньшего необходимого количества хладагента и использования углекислого газа, безопасного для окружающей среды. Мы надеемся, что среднегодовой расход энергии для системы охлаждения с использованием системы CO2, снизится на 20%», – говорит Андрей Будков, руководитель проекта по внедрению CO2 в розничной торговой сети «Магнит».
Углекислый газ (CO2) является природным, безопасным и недорогим хладагентом. Он отличается высокой энергетической эффективностью, низким потреблением энергии, исключительным потенциалом для получения тепла и позволяет уменьшить использование ресурсов системы охлаждения. Благодаря физическим свойствам углекислого газа, требуются трубы значительно меньшего диаметра, по сравнению с похожей системой, для которой используется хладагент HFC (например, R404A). Кроме того, CO2 обладает низким потенциалом глобального потепления (англ. Global warming potential, GWP = 1), и этот хладагент не оказывает влияния на озоновой слой Земли (ODP = 0). Поэтому он соответствует самым новейшим требованиям природоохраны.
«В России наблюдаем возрастающий интерес к природным хладагентам и особенно диоксиду углерода. Надеемся, что с каждым годом будет все больше и больше объектов, эксплуатирующих транскритические системы», – утверждает главный специалист по CO2-технологиям завода «Danfoss Russia» Александр Серавин. «Danfoss» участвовал в проектировании, тестировании и внедрении системы.

«Магнит» – одна из немногих российских сетей, уделяющих больше внимание инновациям, энергетической эффективности и оптимизации затрат на деятельность.
FREOR создал линию холодильного оборудования Green Wave CO2, приспособленную для использования хладагента CO2 в системах центрального отопления. Это оборудование производится на заводах компании в Литве и Белоруссии. В магазинах торговой сети «Магнит» было установлено более 22 единиц холодильных пристенных стеллажей и витрин линии Green Wave CO2 FREOR.
«С самого начала мы высказывались за реализацию этого проекта. В странах Европы потребность в оборудовании с CO2 растет каждый день, это связано как с нормативными актами, так и преимуществами технологии с углекислым газом, по сравнению с HFC. Уже сегодня мы предлагаем широкий ассортимент торгового холодильного оборудования, приспособленного к системе CO2. Разница затрат на оборудование, работающее с CO2, и оборудование, работающее с традиционными хладагентами HFC, незначительная, что позволяет этой инновационной технологии успешно конкурировать с традиционными системами», – утверждает Людмила Данюк, заместитель директора белорусского подразделения предприятия FREOR.
