В декабре 2015 г. в Беннасе (Bennäs / Финляндия) двери открыл принадлежащий компании S Group магазин продовольственных товаров Sale, в котором смонтировано щадящее окружающую среду холодильное оборудование Freor. S Group – крупнейшая финская компания розничной торговли, член скандинавской торговой сети COOP, управляющей более чем 4000 магазинов розничной торговли в Дании, Швеции, Норвегии, Финляндии. Продукция этой сети завоевала уже свыше 13 млн. покупателей.
Новый открывшийся магазин – один из первых в мире, где продукты питания в торговых залах хранятся в коммерческих холодильниках, работающих только на натуральном хладагенте – пропане R290. Для осуществления этого амбициозного проекта была подобрана холодильная мебель производства литовской компании UAB FREOR LT. Проект реализован совместно с финскими партнерами – CoolFors Finland, Oy.
Пропан R290 взрывоопасен, поэтому возможности его применения ограничены стандартами безопасности. По этой причине пропан раньше широко не применялся в крупной холодильной мебели коммерческого назначения в составе холодильных систем магазинов. Согласно европейским стандартам безопасности EN 378 и IEC 60335-2-89, для холодильного оборудования можно использовать не более 150 г сжиженного пропана R290 в одном замкнутом цикле.
Компания Freor одна из первых в мире создала решение, которое отвечает упомянутым стандартам безопасности и позволяет применять этот натуральный хладон в крупных промышленных холодильниках. Это важный этап в истории компании и вместе с тем отличная возможность совершенствовать безопасные для окружающей среды технологии.
Холодильная мебель Freor, смонтированная в финском магазине, занимающем площадь в 400 м2, в качестве хладагента использует только природный газ пропан. Все холодильные устройства являются автономными, у них внутри смонтирована пропановая холодильная система, в которой тепло передается через экологичную пропиленгликолевую линию. В испарителе холодильника каждый цикл испарения контролируется вне зависимости друг от друга, что позволяет равномерно распределять энергозатраты.
В новом магазине установлены прогрессивные, энергосберегающие морозильные камеры Delta и пристенные стеллажи Jupiter производства Freor.
С целью достичь высокого уровня энергоэффективности в морозильных камерах были оборудованы пассивные стеклянные двери ECO ClearX, отличающиеся исключительной теплоизоляцией, светодиодная подсветка и экономичные вентиляторы 8W. В холодильную мебель вмонтированы датчики влажности и температуры, позволяющие следить за точкой росы и таким образом избежать запотевания – включая или выключая нагревательные элементы.
Новый магазин – это очень важный пробный проект, который позволит оценить и продолжать совершенствовать данную технологию с целью обеспечить удовлетворение потребностей клиентов и снизить уровень загрязнения окружающей среды. Уже сегодня, измерив результаты энергопотребления и сравнив их с результатами аналогичного магазина, где оборудована система CO2, мы видим, что энергозатраты являются одинаковыми, а сама система обходится на 30 % дешевле.
Мы продолжаем развивать экономичные и не причиняющие вреда окружающей среде проекты. В ближайшее время Freor планирует оборудовать пропановые системы в Швейцарии, в магазинах крупнейшей в стране торговой сети Migros в городах Хердерн, Лосторф и Геризау, а также в магазине торговой сети Denner в Фильмергене. Управление усовершенствованной пропановой системой будет осуществляться при помощи специально разработанного программного обеспечения, в холодильной мебели будут смонтированы инверторные компрессоры R290, работу которых будут регулировать частотные преобразователи. Результаты проведенных внутренних исследований говорят о том, что это позволит дополнительно сэкономить 10-20 проц. электроэнергии.
