The counter features optional canopy LED lighting for perfect product visibility even from a distance. To ensure more ergonomic working conditions, the evaporator is in the back wall for easier maintenance and cleaning.

VEGA S STORAGE is a serve-over counter with an additional refrigerated drawer for more storage capacity. The drawer is designed to retain cold air, ensuring a consistent temperature and an optimal storage environment for meats, poultry, and other products until they are ready to be displayed. It is a perfect cooling solution for food markets, allowing products to be both attractively displayed and efficiently stored. VEGA S HOT BM is a heated serve-over counter installed with a bain-marie to maintain the temperature of ready-to-eat dishes and display hot meals to customers in gastronomy containers of the selected depth. It features below heating, electronic water filling, and humidification via bain-marie, which prevents the cooked dishes from drying while keeping them warm and fresh. The counter is equipped with glass doors in the back for better energy efficiency and optional canopy LED lighting for perfect product visibility even from a distance.

VEGA S HDV serve-over counter with gastronomy containers of the selected depth for storing hot dishes. Its mirrored door system enhances the view of the products displayed and creates an impression of abundance. Due to the heated panel below and infrared heating above, an even temperature is maintained throughout the cabinet.
