Предприятие FREOR LT, успешно развивающийся и ориентированный на экспорт литовский производитель торгового холодильного оборудования, завершило строительство расположенного в Вильнюсе нового современного завода площадью 16 300 м2. В возведённое здание переносятся администрация и производство предприятия. Для обеспечения оптимального выполнения заказов клиентов переезд планируется без приостановления производственного процесса.
Новый завод, вместивший около 90% производства, уже запущен. Новые производственные линии оснащены роботизированной техникой. Установлена современная линия порошковой окраски длиной 350 метров, выделяемое которой тепло в полном объёме используется на отопление помещений в холодное время года. На современном заводе оборудована сертифицированная лаборатория, соответствующая применяемому во всём мире стандарту ISO 23953 в части условий испытаний коммерческого холодильного оборудования. Планируется, что новый завод FREOR заработает на полную мощность весной 2021 года.
На новом заводе предусмотрены разработка и усовершенствование энергосберегающих и экологичных решений в области охлаждения, выпуск современных торговых пристенных витрин, витрин и морозильников для экспозиции и продажи продуктов питания в магазинах различного формата, включая крупные торговые сети.
Новый этап развития предприятия
Новый завод символизирует начало нового этапа развития FREOR. Это важный проект по модернизации и расширению деятельности предприятия, позволяющий увеличить производственные мощности и обеспечить удовлетворение растущего спроса на международном рынке. Современные технологические решения и автоматизация операций повышают эффективность производственного процесса и уровень качества изделий, при этом снижая потребление энергии и выброс углекислого газа, а также способствуя улучшению условий труда работников предприятия. Переселение в новые административные и заводские помещения – это также символическое ознаменование 20-летия деятельности предприятия.
Новый завод построен с соблюдением высоких стандартов экологичности, с обеспечением класса энергетической эффективности А+, при этом под административные помещения выделено 2 400 м2. В современном офисе для работников оборудована столовая и зона для занятий спортом, а на рабочих местах установлены удобные столы с функцией регулирования высоты.
