Deputy of the Production Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the production unit, ensuring a smooth production process and productivity;
- Planning and organizing shift work, allocating tasks and resources;
- Analyzing production activities and ensuring efficiency in solving the challenges that have arisen;
- Ensuring compliance with work order rules, worker safety and health and fire safety requirements;
- Execution of production plans;
- Planning of required raw materials.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience in managing a production unit;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian language skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, good organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- Strong sense of responsibility and determination to achieve results;
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Knowing how to use ERP Monitor is an advantage!
- Knowledge of English is an advantage!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
The salary for this position is from €1500 net pay.
The salary depends on the level of expertise. Additional performance-based bonuses are also available.
Working hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on working days.
