Cieszymy się z jeszcze jednego projektu chroniącego środowisko, jaki został wykonany w Estonii. W Parnawie drzwi otworzył odnowiony sklep RIMI – jest to pierwszy sklep RIMI Eesti Food AS w Estonii, który wybrał trwały i ekologiczny układ chłodniczy Hydroloop od FREOR. Technologia ta została wybrana, mając na celu długookresowe zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej, koszty utrzymania systemu oraz emisję CO2. Projekt wykonał partner FREOR w Estonii – Sisustaja OÜ.
W sklepie typu RIMI MINI o powierzchni 600 m2 zamontowano komercyjne urządzenia chłodnicze, działające za pomocą propanu. Urządzenia chłodnicze i chłodnie podłączone są do wodno-glikolowego układu chłodzenia, który gromadzi produkowany przez nie nadmiar ciepła. Cyrkulacja glikolu odbywa się w zamkniętym obiegu, z wykorzystaniem zwykłych rur hydraulicznych, dlatego układ ten jest niezawodny i łatwo go zainstalować.
Zintegrowana z układem pompa cieplna wchłania nadmiar ciepła i wykorzystuje je na potrzeby grzewcze sklepu – do ogrzewania pomieszczeń podczas zimnej pory roku oraz do podgrzewania wody, tym samym zmniejszając zużycie energii przez sklep.
Układy chłodzenia działające na bazie naturalnych czynników chłodniczych oraz synergia pompy cieplnej pozwoliła sklepowi przejść na wydajniejsze i bardziej przyjazne dla środowiska alternatywy, w porównaniu do płynnego paliwa, wykorzystywanego do ogrzewania sklepu przed renowacją.
Układ Hydroloop Glycol w sklepie RIMI łączy regały JUPITER i PLUTON SPACE (łącznie 32 m.), chłodziarki ERIDA i wyspę chłodniczą HELLA (łącznie 6 m.), a także agregaty RIVACOLD przeznaczone dla chłodni. Obieg wodno-glikolowy w układzie zapewnia pompa.
Układ chłodzenia Hydroloop nie tylko oszczędza energię i jest trwały ekologicznie, ale i gwarantuje elastyczność w kwestii rozmieszczenia urządzeń w sklepie. Nie jest mu potrzebne osobne pomieszczenie techniczne, więc tym samym oszczędza przestrzeń na ekspozycję produktów, a to jest doskonały wybór dla sklepów o mniejszej powierzchni.
Sisustaja OÜ jest partnerem FREOR i RIMI w Estonii, posiada 25 lat doświadczenia w instalacji układów chłodzenia. W zeszłym roku firma zainstalowała pierwszy układ Hydroloop w sklepie w Estonii. Sisustaja OÜ dla sklepu RIMI w Parnawie zaprojektowała i zamontowała układ chłodzenia oraz wykorzystania ciepła Hydroloop, i dalej pomyślnie kontynuuje wykonywanie trwałych ekologicznie projektów chłodzenia komercyjnego w Estonii.
