Магазином Ruokakeidas в городе Юлёярви в западной части Финляндии были выбрано холодильное оборудование, спроектированное компанией FREOR. Инновационные холодильные шкафы серии Hydroloop Glycol на пропане R290 были установлены на участке площадью 2000 м2 в сотрудничестве с нашим партнером CoolFors Finland Oy.
Для нужд экологически ориентированного проекта Ruokakeidas было выбрано энергоэффективное автономное холодильное оборудование с хладагентом R290: охлаждаемые стеллажи JUPITER длиной 3.75 м (13 единиц) и 2.50 м (6 единиц), а также прилавки-витрины для магазинов с продавцами VEGA S длиной 3.75 м (2 единицы) и 2.50 м (1 единица) с угловыми секциями (2), работающие на небольшом количестве R290 (менее 150 г на контур).
Магазин Ruokakeidas стал самым крупным магазином Финляндии, использующим экологически безопасную технологию охлаждения пропаном. Оборудование на основе природного хладагента позволило сделать магазин энергоэффективным и подготовиться к вступлению в силу регламентов ЕС по снижению выбросов фреон-содержащих газов. R290 не оказывает никакого влияния на озоновый слой, обладает крайне низким потенциалом глобального потепления (< 3) и имеет отличные термодинамические свойства, позволяющие существенно повысить энергоэффективность.
Установленная система Hydroloop — это полностью интегрированная технология охлаждения, в которой подключаемое холодильное оборудование и холодильные камеры объединяются в систему замкнутого цикла с жидкостным охлаждением. В качестве охладителя, отводящего тепло, используется только гликоль. Циркуляцию гликоля обеспечивает насосная установка, также изготовленная компанией FREOR. Тепло отводится из зоны хранения к наружному сухому охладителю. Трубопроводы для отвода тепла заранее устанавливаются на шкафах FREOR для упрощения и ускорения процедуры монтажа. Для 14 холодильных помещений, организованных в магазине нашим партнером CoolFors Finland Oy, компания FREOR предоставила 14 гидроагрегатов (внешних холодильных блоков с компрессорами и пластинчатыми теплообменниками), объединенными в ту же систему Hydroloop Glycol. Данная технология позволяет отказаться от использования оборудования нескольких типов, устранить необходимость в сложных системах охлаждения и существенно упростить процедуру установки.
Охлаждаемые стеллажи JUPITER_R290 были выбраны в открытом варианте исполнения для увеличения товарооборота. Шкафы, объединенные вместе и располагаемые отдельными группами, обеспечивают отличные возможности демонстрации любого выставленного продукта. Двойная воздушная завеса и автоматическая ночная штора позволяют снизить расход энергии. Установленная на нижней полке фронтальная стеклянная панель стабилизирует воздушную завесу и гарантирует постоянство температуры, позволяющее дополнительно экономить до 10 % энергии. Конструкция из оцинкованного металла (толщиной 1.4 мм) с порошковым покрытием обеспечивает исключительную прочность данных изделий.
Прилавки-витрины для магазинов с продавцами VEGA S_R290, имеют изогнутую форму, объединяются в ряд длиной до 12 м для рыбы и мясопродуктов, обеспечивают отличный вид выставляемой продукции и легко очищаются благодаря наличию закаленного подъемного фронтального стекла. Селективное стекло предоставляет защиту от запотевания, а внутренние компоненты из нержавеющей стали обладают стойкостью к пятнам, коррозии, и бактериальному загрязнению и легко очищаются. Поставляемые с целым рядом дополнительных комплектующих являются отличным выбором для демонстрации мяса и свежей рыбы, сыров, салатов, деликатесов и предварительно приготовленных продуктов.
