Ein neues grünes Projekt! Wir feiern die Wiedereröffnung des RIMI MINI Supermarktes in Pärnu/Estland! Nach seinem Umbau ist es der erste RIMI Eesti Food AS Markt, der die grüne Hydroloop-Glycol-Technologie nutzt. Das klimafreundliche FREOR-System senkt den Energieverbrauch, die Betriebskosten und den Kohlendioxid-Ausstoß nachhaltig. Die Umsetzung des Projekts erfolgte durch die Firma Sisustaja OÜ, unserem FREOR-Partner in Estland.
Der neue RIMI-Markt hat eine Verkaufsfläche von ca. 600 m². Alle Kühlmöbel und Kühlräume werden mit Propan R290 betrieben. Zudem sind sie in ein Hydroloop-System von FREOR eingebunden. In einfach zu installierenden hydraulischen Rohrleitungen zirkuliert eine gekühlte Glykol-Wasser-Lösung. Sie nimmt die überschüssige Kondensationswärme der Kühlmöbel auf, leitet sie ab oder nutzt sie als Wärmequelle.
Das Hydroloop-System ist mit einer Wärmepumpe verbunden. Mit ihrer Hilfe kann die Abwärme für die Beheizung von Wasser und Räumen an die richtige Stelle transportiert werden. Die bisher dafür zusätzlich eingesetzte Energie wird eingespart. So sorgt der kombinierte Einsatz von natürlichen Kältemitteln und der Wärmepumpen-Technologie für Synergien in der technischen Infrastruktur des Marktes. Die Umstellung von Öl auf kohlenstoffarme, erneuerbare Energien wird auch im Lebensmittel-Einzelhandel zu einer immer mehr genutzten energieeffizienten und klimafreundlichen Alternative.
Folgende Kühlmöbel und Anlagen werden über die Glykol-Leitungen des FREOR-Hydroloop-Systems miteinander verbunden: Die hohen Kühlregale JUPITER und die halbhohen Kühlregale PLUTON SPACE (32 Meter), die TK-Schränke ERIDA und die TK-Inseln HELLA (6 Meter) und die RIVACOLD Mono-Blöcke für Kühlräume (5 Einheiten). Eine Pumpstation sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Glykol-Zirkulation im gesamten System.
Ein Hydroloop-Kältesystem ist energieeffizient und klimafreundlich und spart ganz nebenbei auch noch Platz, denn der Maschinenraum entfällt zugunsten von mehr Verkaufsfläche. Ein wichtiges Zusatz-Argument für Märkte mit kleiner Fläche!
Die Firma Sisustaja OÜ ist der FREOR- und RIMI-Partner in Estland. Das Unternehmen verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Installation von gewerblichen Kälteanlagen. Im vergangenen Jahr hat es das erste Hydroloop-System in Estland geplant und installiert. Das Kühlsystem mit Wärmerückgewinnung im RIMI-Markt in Pärnu war der Anfang. Weitere klimafreundliche Kühlprojekte im estländischen Lebensmittel-Einzelhandel sind in Arbeit.
