FREOR, der baltische Hersteller von gewerblichen Kälteanlagen, hat in Vilnius ein neues Werk gebaut. Mit 16.300 m² hochmoderner Produktionsfläche bleibt das exportorientierte Unternehmen ganz klar auf Wachstumskurs. Ein Zeichen dafür ist auch der neue repräsentative Hauptsitz auf dem Werksgelände. Der Umzug von Verwaltung und Produktion wurde so geplant, dass es zu keinen Lieferverzögerungen kam. Unser Kunden erhielten ihre Bestellungen in gewohnter Qualität und Schnelligkeit.
Die neue Produktionsstätte hat ihren Betrieb aufgenommen. Ca. 90 % der Anlagen sind bereits im Einsatz. Die neuen Produktionsstraßen arbeiten mit hochmoderner Robotertechnik. Die neue Pulverbeschichtungsanlage hat eine Länge von 350 m. Ihre gesamte Abwärme wird in den kalten Jahreszeiten zur Beheizung der Werkshallen genutzt. Außerdem verfügt FREOR nun über ein neues Testlabor für seine Produkte. Es wurde nach der internationalen Norm ISO 23953 zertifiziert. Im Frühjahr 2021 wird das Werk voraussichtlich seine volle Leistungsfähigkeit erreichen.
In der neuen Produktionsstätte wird ein breites Sortiment an energieeffizienten und klimafreundlichen Kühlmöbeln gebaut. So kann FREOR auch in Zukunft den Bedarf kleiner Märkte und großer Hyperstores gleichermaßen erfüllen.
Mit der Fertigstellung des FREOR-Werks beginnt ein neues Kapitel in der Unternehmensgeschichte. Durch eine erhebliche Steigerung der Produktionskapazität können wir die wachsende internationale Nachfrage auch in Zukunft erfüllen. Hochmoderne Technik und die Einführung automatisierter Prozesse wird die Effizienz und Qualität der Produktion weiter erhöhen. Der Energieverbrauch und die Kohlendioxid-Emissionen werden sinken. Und die Arbeitsbedingungen für unsere Mitarbeiter werden sich weiter verbessern. Wenn wir nun in unseren neuen Hauptsitz einziehen, zieht die Erfahrung aus 20 Jahren mit. Sie sorgt auch in Zukunft für Wachstum auf gutem Fundament.
Das neue Werk hat die Energieeffizienzklasse A+ und erfüllt damit einen hohen Nachhaltigkeitsstandard. Der Verwaltungssitz hat eine Nutzfläche von 2.400 m². Die modernen Büros sind mit höhenverstellbaren Schreibtischen ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Sportbereich und eine Mitarbeiterkantine.
Das Werk befindet sich in Vilnius in der Nähe des Flughafens. Es liegt an der Kreuzung Liepkalnis Straße/Katiliskiu Straße und ist damit auch für Transportunternehmen leicht erreichbar.
