Die Gesellschaft besteht seit dem Jahr 2000, als in Vilnius (Litauen) ein Unternehmen zur Instandsetzung gebrauchter Kühlanlagen aus dem Handel gegründet wurde.
Nach der Realisierung der Probleme, die durch jahrelangen Einsatz von Kühlanlagen auftreten, und nach dem Hinzuziehen der fortschrittlichsten Lösungen zur Mängelbeseitigung, begann das Unternehmen seine Tätigkeit im Bereich Herstellung und Verkauf neuer hochwertiger Industriekühlschränke.
