Działający w krajach bałtyckich fundusz o prywatnym kapitale „Livonia Partners“ inwestuje w FREOR LT – producenta przyjaznych dla środowiska komercyjnych urządzeń chłodniczych. Fundusz pomoże rozwijać się jedynemu w krajach bałtyckich, mieszczącemu się na Litwie, producentowi tego typu urządzeń i pomoże zaspokajać wzrastający popyt międzynarodowy. „Livonia Partners” kupuje 33% akcji FREOR z funduszu „Accession Mezzanine Capital III L.P“, zarządzanego przez firmę „Mezzanine Management“.

Spółka FREOR, z siedzibą na Litwie, jako jedyna w krajach bałtyckich produkuje handlowe urządzenia chłodnicze oraz tworzy energooszczędne i przyjazne dla środowiska innowacyjne rozwiązania. Sprzęt chłodniczy firma dostarcza sprzedawcom detalicznym za pośrednictwem dystrybutorów, wliczając w to największe centra handlowe w całej Unii Europejskiej i poza jej granicami. W zeszłym roku przychody spółki zwiększyły się o 47% do 36 mln euro. Dobre wyniki są spowodowane większym globalnym zainteresowaniem, dotyczącym idei zrównoważenia i zmiany klimatu, a także rosnącą podażą produktów mrożonych w sklepach.

„Już od kilku lat obserwowaliśmy działalność FREOR – to wspaniała firma o silnej pozycji na rynku. Wcześniejszy inwestor znacząco przyczynił się do tego wyniku. Dzięki tej transakcji wnosimy też własne doświadczenie, nabyte podczas współpracy z eksportującymi producentami w krajach bałtyckich. Dlatego mamy nadzieję, że pomożemy FREOR w dalszym rozwoju”, – mówi Mindaugas Utkevičius, jeden z założycieli i partnerów „Livonia Partners”.

Fundusz AMC III, który sprzedał akcje, na początku 2015 roku zainwestował 7 mln euro.

„Przez 3,5 roku, póki zarządzaliśmy częścią spółki, FREOR udoskonalił linię swoich produktów i skutecznie przyciągnął uwagę rynków zagranicznych. Jesteśmy dumni, że mogliśmy pracować i pomagać spółce na etapie zmian”, – twierdzi Piotr Sadowski, starszy dyrektor ds. inwestycji „Mezzanine Management“.

Według Rytisa Bernatonisa, założyciela firmy FREOR, głównego akcjonariusza i dyrektora generalnego, obecnie przedsiębiorstwo eksportuje około 90% wyprodukowanych przez siebie urządzeń chłodniczych. Europa Zachodnia i region północny to największe rynki, natomiast sprzedaż do krajów WNP, Bliskiego Wschodu, Azji i Południowej Afryki również stanowi znaczącą część: „Jesteśmy wdzięczni zespołowi „Mezzanine Management“, za to że pomógł nam znaleźć się tam, gdzie jesteśmy teraz. Cieszymy się również udziałem „Livonia Partners” w dalszym etapie naszego rozwoju, w trakcie którego, najprawdopodobniej, będziemy wzmacniać swoją wydajność, optymalizować procesy i, oczywiście, intensywnie rozwijać się na nowych rynkach.”

Ta transakcja – to piąta inwestycja „Livonia Partners”. Fundusz inwestuje w średnie przedsiębiorstwa w krajach bałtyckich, które wyróżniają się silnym zespołem zarządzającym i które rozwijają się. W 2016 r. fundusz nabył „Ha Serv”, estońskiego producenta saun oraz przodującego na rynku estońskim sprzedawcę artykułów ogrodowych i gospodarstwa domowego „Hortes”. W zeszłym roku „Livonia Partners” zainwestowała w litewskie i łotewskie oddziały „Santa Monica Networks”, przedsiębiorstwa sieci transmisji danych i rozwiązań w zakresie bezpieczeństwa IT oraz w dostawcę usług internetowych i telewizyjnych „Cgates”.

FREOR notifications and newsletters

FREOR seeks to share with its newsletter recipients only the relevant news. If you subscribe to the FREOR newsletter on the FREOR website or otherwise provide FREOR with your contact data (by exchanging visit cards with FREOR representatives at meetings or events or presenting your contact information when registering for FREOR events), FREOR may send you newsletters and notifications with the interest of pursuing business relationships with companies represented by you.
