FREOR appreciates cooperation with all its clients, that is why we are providing our commercial refrigeration equipment not just to the big supermarkets but to smaller shops too. This time we want to rejoice in our partnership with the LaTS chain of small stores located in Latvia.
The LaTS chain was established in 2007 and is owned by the SIA Latvian Traders’ Union. Now LaTS has become the most extended trade network in Latvia, uniting 270 companies, with more than 700 sales outlets all around Latvia.
These small shops are usually located outside the cities, offering essential everyday goods, so shopping there is quick and easy. To make the customer experience even more pleasant and retain the products fresh for longer, LaTS was looking for long-lasting refrigeration equipment suitable for smaller-sized spaces.
We are happy that the LaTS chain has trusted FREOR and chose our Plug & Play refrigeration equipment. The autonomous system is an excellent decision for smaller shops because it fits all the components of the cooling cycle in the refrigerator. Therefore, the need for long cooper pipelines or a separate refrigerator room is eliminated, which guarantees an additional space, a cheaper installation, and easy maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
From the plug-in range, the LaTS shops have acquired JUPITER multidecks; they provide a lot of retail space by maintaining a small floor area, thus helping to make the most of the room for small-sized shops. JUPITER works great for any product range, so it does not limit the range of goods or their arrangement in the refrigerator, which is a huge advantage for smaller stores.
LaTS stores got the VEGA QB HG and VEGA QB H2 serve-overs to make the space more optimal. They are an attractive option for small retail stores and work great for displaying milk, meat, cheese products, and other everyday goods on the shelves. The high glass serve-over VEGA QB HG is perfect for displaying a range of products that require someone else’s assistance. The VEGA QB H2 is a convenient three-level self-service showcase designed to give products outstanding visibility at the customer’s eye level.
Wanting to boost the sale of cakes and pastries, LaTS has chosen the straight glass design ELISA QB serve-overs, which perfectly highlights desserts and stimulates everyone’s appetite. The lower display shelf with a rail system is designed to put in and store cakes conveniently, and the glass shelves above highlight the desserts on display.
To ensure the freshness of the flowers, a semi vertical PLUTON SPACE FLOWER cabinet has been chosen. The design provides more space for flower display, and the curved glass door guarantees excellent visibility of fresh flowers to buyers.
