В июне принадлежащий кооперативу «S-Group» магазин «S-Market» в финском городе Палокка, после проведения реновации встретил покупателей обновлённым интерьером. Реновация магазина выполнена согласно новой концепции «S-Market», в рамках которой прежние коммерческие холодильники заменены инновационным холодильным оборудованием линии «Green Wave R290» от FREOR, позволившим значительно улучшить энергетическую эффективность магазина. Дружественный к природе проект реализован в сотрудничестве с нашим партнёром – компанией «CoolFors Finland OY». Магазин продолжал работать в течение всего периода реновации, что позволило покупателям «S-Market» не отказываться от своих привычных ритуалов совершения покупок.
«S-Group» стремится к улучшению оказываемого в результате деятельности воздействия на окружающую среду и уделяет много внимания экологичности, поэтому магазин «S-Market» в Палокка отдал предпочтение соответствующим решениям в области охлаждения.
В магазине, занимающем обширную торговую площадь 1000 м2 (всего – 1600 м2), центральная система охлаждения с гликолем, работающая на хладагенте R404A, модифицирована в систему «Hydroloop», а также установлены автономные коммерческие холодильники, работающие на натуральном хладагенте пропане (R404A). В холодильных комнатах магазина установлены холодильные агрегаты на хладагенте R290, подлежащие объединению в единую систему охлаждения с гликолем.
Холодильное оборудование подсоединено к уже существовавшему гидравлическому модулю и двум кулерам с помощью обычных сантехнических труб. Новая система на основе циркуляции воды соединена с уже существующей системой возврата тепла, использующей избыточное конденсационное тепло на нужды отопления магазина, тем самым способствуя снижения расходов на электроэнергию.
Процесс установки системы «Hydroloop» отличается гибкостью, что позволяет магазину продолжать работу по обычному графику даже во время реновации.
Ещё одно преимущество данной системы заключается в том, что она не требует много места, т. е. не нужна традиционная комната для компрессора, что позволяет магазину сэкономить драгоценные квадратные метры. Натуральный хладагент R290 с ПГП (потенциалом глобального потепления) 3 уровня становится одним из лидирующих хладагентов на рынке, заменяющий газы ГФУ согласно регламенту ЕС № 517/2014.
