Birželį Suomijos Palokka mieste esanti parduotuvė S-Market, priklausanti kooperatyvui S-Group, po atliktos renovacijos klientus pasitiko atsinaujinusi. Parduotuvė renovuota pagal naująją S-Market koncepciją, o buvę komerciniai šaldytuvai pakeisti į inovatyvią FREOR šaldymo įrangą iš Green Wave R290 linijos, ženkliai pagerinant parduotuvės energijos efektyvumą. Gamtai draugiškas projektas įgyvendintas bendradarbiaujant su partneriu CoolFors Finland OY. Parduotuvė veikė visos renovacijos metu, kas leido pirkėjams S-Market tęsti savo kasdienius apsipirkimo ritualus.
S-Group siekia nuolat gerinti jų verslo daromą poveikį aplinkai ir didelį dėmesį skiria tvarumui, todėl S-Market Palokka parduotuvė pasirinko ekologiškus šaldymo sprendimus.
Erdvų 1000 m2 prekybinį plotą (iš viso – 1600 m2) užimanti parduotuvė modifikavo glikoliu aušinamą centrinę sistemą, veikiančią su R404A šaltnešiu, į Hydroloop sistemą bei instaliavo autonominius komercinius šaldytuvus, veikiančius su natūraliu propano (R290) šaltnešiu. Parduotuvėje esančiuose šaldymo kambariuose buvo sumontuoti šaldymo agregatai su R290 šaltnešiu, leidžiantys juos pajungti į bendrą glikoliu aušinamą sistemą.
Šaldymo įrangą su jau esamu hidrauliniu moduliu ir dvejomis aušyklėmis sujungė paprasti santechniniai vamzdžiai. Naujoji vandens cirkuliacija paremta sistema buvo sujungta su jau esama šilumos atgavimo sistema, kuri panaudoja perteklinę kondensavimosi šilumą parduotuvės šildymosi poreikiams, taip sumažindama elektros išlaidas.
Hydroloop sistemos montavimo procesas yra lankstus, leidžiantis parduotuvei tęsti veiklą bei dirbti įprastu grafiku netgi renovacijos metu.
Dar vienas iš šios sistemos pranašumų yra tai, kad ji nereikalauja daug vietos – nereikia tradicinio kompresoriaus kambario, kas parduotuvei sutaupo reikšmingus kvadratinius metrus. Natūralus šaltnešis R290, turintis VAP (visuotinio atšilimo potencialą) lygų 3, tampa vienu iš pirmaujančių natūralių šaltnešių rinkoje, kuris dėl ES reglamento NR. 517/2014 keičia HFC dujas.
