FREOR hat auf Zypern zwei neue Zorbas-Bäckereien mit gewerblichen Kühllösungen ausgestattet. Die Bäckereien liegen in den Städten Paphos und Limassol. Die Installationen wurden von Gelo-Blue Cooling, unserem Partner vor Ort, durchgeführt.
A. Zorbas & Sons ist eine der größten Unternehmensgruppen auf Zypern. Begonnen hat Zorbas 1975 als kleine Familienbäckerei mit der Urform des Backwerks – dem Brot.
Seither haben sich die Zorbas-Bäckerein über ganz Zypern ausgebreitet. Parallel dazu wuchs das Sortiment um eine Vielzahl von Desserts und Salaten sowie Snacks und Heißgetränken – auch zum Mitnehmen.
Hochwertiger Lebensmittel im Einklang mit der Natur zu produzieren war von Anfang an der Anspruch des Unternehmens. Die Suche nach einer umweltfreundlichen Kühloption war deshalb nur folgerichtig. Hinzu kam der Wunsch nach einer platzsparenden Lösung für die begrenzte Verkaufsfläche der neuen Märkte.
FREOR ist immer interessiert an der Zusammenarbeit mit umweltbewussten Unternehmen. Den Zorbas-Bäckereien konnten wir eine unserer neuesten Lösungen empfehlen – Kühlanlagen in Verbindung mit einem Hydroloop Water Pump Integrated Kühlsystem. Dieses Hydroloop WPI-System eignet sich besonders für kleine Läden mit nachhaltigen Zielen.
Das Hydroloop WPI-Kühlsystem ist eine innovative Wasserkreislauftechnologie, die mit dem natürlichen Kältemittel Propan (R290) betrieben wird. Propan hat ein sehr geringes Treibhauspotential (GWP) von 3. Damit zählt das System zu den grünen Lösungen
Jede Kühleinheit ist mit einer eigenen kleinen Wasserpumpe ausgestattet. Damit wird eine zentrale Pumpstation überflüssig. Speziell für kleine Läden ist das ein großer Raumgewinn.
Weitere wichtige Vorteile des Systems sind seine Einfachheit und Flexibilität. Für die Installation eines Hydroloop WPI-Systems brauchen Sie keinen erfahrenen Techniker mehr.
Es reicht, die Geräte mit der Hydraulikleitung zu verbinden und den Stecker einzustecken.
Das Hydroloop-System eignet sich sehr gut für Märkte, die ihren Energieverbrauch optimieren wollen. Bei den Zorbas Bäckereien z.B. reduziert das System den Energiebedarf für die Glykolzirkulation um etwa 30 %.
Zorbas entschied sich für Kühlmöbel mit Glastüren. Sie halten die Kälte im Innenraum der Möbel und minimieren so den Energiebedarf. FREOR lieferte den Bäckereien ERIDA TK-Schränke für gefrorene Süßspeisen und JUPITER Kühlregale für Getränke.
