Das neue IKI-Konzept individualisiert den Einkauf auf ein Maximum und steigert so die Popularität seiner Märkte. Die Kunden können rund um die Uhr, an jedem Tag der Woche ohne Kassierer und ohne Warteschlangen einkaufen. Möglich wird dies durch eine KI-basierte Einkaufstechnologie. Künstliche Intelligenz vereinfacht und beschleunigt den Einkauf für den Kunden. Auf Unternehmensseite verwaltet das digitale System den Ladenbetrieb, indem es die Lagerbestände überwacht, die Nachfrage vorhersieht, Bestellungen aufgibt und das Personal nach Bedarf einteilt.
Die bisher größte autonome IKI-Filiale wurde mit gewerblicher Kältetechnik von FREOR ausgestattet. Das steckerfertige Plug-in-System kann sehr leicht an innovative Einzelhandelslösungen wie das der IKI angepasst werden.
Plug-in-Kühlmöbel haben eigene hermetische Kompressoren und andere am internen Kühlkreislauf beteiligte Komponenten. Sie sind in jedem Kühlmöbel verbaut. Das macht jedes Möbel zu einer voll autonomen Einheit, die auch bei unterschiedlichen Temperaturen gleichmäßig effizient arbeitet und dabei bis zu 80 % weniger Kältemittel verbraucht als externe Kühlsysteme. Weil es sich bei dem eingesetzten Kältemittel um das energiesparende Propangas (R290) handelt, wird der Energieverbrauch um bis zu 30 % reduziert. Bei dieser hohen Effizienz wird trotzdem auch die Umwelt geschont, denn das natürliche Kältemittel R290 hat ein verschwindend geringes Treibhauspotenzial von nur 3 GWP.
Eines der wichtigsten Kühlmöbel in dem neuen Markt ist das Kühlregal JUPITER. Es eignet sich hervorragend für die Präsentation von Getränken und verzehrfertig verpackten Lebensmitteln. Die Glasschiebetüren des Möbels erhöhen die Energieeffizienz, senken den Platzbedarf und stören den anderen Kunden nicht bei seinem Einkauf. Ein JUPITER Kühlregal hat eine pulverbeschichtete, verzinkte Metallkonstruktion mit einer Stärke von 1,4 mm. Das sorgt für die Langlebigkeit dieser Möbel trotz ihrer hohen Belastung in einem Markt, der in einem belebten Umfeld liegt und von Kunden rund um die Uhr und an jedem Tag besucht wird.
Das wichtigste am Sommer ist das Eis und seine verlockende Präsentation. Deshalb darf ERIDA als kleiner Gefrierschrank in der Filiale nicht fehlen. Damit das Speiseeis in jedem Moment gut sichtbar bleibt, hat der TK-Schrank auf der Innenfläche seiner Scheiben eine Antikondensationsfolie, die auch nach dem Öffnen ein Beschlagen verhindert. Die Glasflächen sind großformatig und bieten so – auch bei größerem Abstand – eine sehr gute Sicht auf die ausgelegten Tiefkühlprodukte.
