Wie berichtet, bereiteten sich FREOR und sein Partner Marc Refrigeration auf ihre erste Messe in den Vereinigten Staaten vor. Wir waren voller Vorfreude auf die NRA Show 2024 als unserer ersten Messe auf US-amerikanischem Boden. Alles war bereit. Unser Team war startklar für den Flug nach Chicago und die Ausstattung unseres Messestandes.
Das gesamte Messeequipment war vor Monaten per Seefracht verschickt worden. Am Freitag, eine Woche vor Messebeginn, erhielten wir dann die Nachricht, dass unsere gesamte Kältetechnik und andere wichtige Dinge für die Messe nicht in Chicago angekommen sind. Es hatte auf Seiten des Logistikunternehmens unerwartete Verzögerungen gegeben. Der neue Liefertermin sollte im besten Fall der 21. Mai sein – der letzte Tag der Messe.
Die Produktionsstätte von FREOR und der Veranstaltungsort der NRA Show 2024 sind 3867 km voneinander entfernt. Dazwischen liegt der Atlantische Ozean, und wir hatten nur eine Woche Zeit, unseren Messestand von Grund auf neu vorzubereiten.
Inmitten des Chaos am Freitagmorgen hat unser Team sehr schnell für jede Herausforderung eine Lösung gefunden. Das Unmögliche wurde möglich.
Neue, für die NRA Show 2024 geeignete Kühlmöbel mussten her. Das FREOR-Team griff auf Möbel aus unserem Showroom zurück, bauten sie ab und änderten die Spannung auf den US-Standard. Dann wurden sie für den Wiederaufbau vorbereitet und für den Luftweg verpackt. Parallel wurden die nötigen Marketingmaterialien, Lebensmittelattrappen u.ä. neu zusammengestellt. Wir buchten noch am selben Tag einen Flug für das gesamte Equipment. Nach weniger als einem halben Tag verließ die Fracht das FREOR-Werksgelände – bereit für den Flug nach Chicago.
Es war ein Hochgefühl zu erleben, wie alle und alles zusammenkamen, um den mit Spannung erwarteten Messeauftritt zu sichern. Bei der gemeinsamen Arbeit an dieser scheinbar unmöglichen Aufgabe haben wir nie daran gedacht zu scheitern.
Einer der härtesten Freitage in der FREOR-Geschichte hat dann schließlich doch ein gutes Ende gefunden. Auch wenn wir nicht alles wie geplant auf der NRA Show 2024 präsentieren können – das Kühlregal und der TK-Schrank NDL JUPITER und NDL ERIDA erwarten Sie repräsentativ für die Stärken unserer neuen Design-Linie.
