The Highlights from the FREOR Stand

We participated in the trade show with a slogan – REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT THAT COOLS THE BIGGEST IDEAS IN RETAIL, which was reflected at our 620 m² stand.

Showcasing the long refrigeration equipment lines and even bigger islands, we demonstrated how FREOR cooling solutions can be easily adapted for even the biggest hypermarkets.

Island Configurations for Any Retailer’s Needs

Our island configurations attracted significant attention from visitors. The ability to seamlessly connect different refrigeration equipment models into cohesive island layouts clearly demonstrated our versatility and flexibility.

The NDL JUPITER and NDL NEPTUN – two different multideck model island configurations drew strong interest. As did our latest addition to our range, the medium-temperature NDL ELION LOW FRONT semi vertical, connected with the low-temperature NDL ORION semi vertical freezer. This combination demonstrated how retailers can create practical, space-efficient solutions for both fresh and frozen product displays while maintaining a consistent, modern store design.

Also, the big NDL ERIDA SLIM upright freezer island, NDL HELLA ED island, NDL LEDA COMPACT island, and NDL PLUTON SPACE semi verticals island gained their recognition, showcasing how our refrigeration equipment units can operate in even the biggest hypermarkets and are easily adaptable for any product display needs.

These island configurations highlighted our approach to helping retailers maximize product visibility, optimize floor space, and adapt equipment layouts to their unique store concepts.

Self-service counters range

We also observed a growing demand for self-service promo counters, with our NDL IDA QB promotional serve-over range being a key attraction at our stand. Thanks to its wide variety of configurations and modifications, the NDL IDA QB range can easily provide solutions for everything from the smallest stores to the largest retail environments.

From our newly introduced 2500 mm NDL IDA QB counter, ideal for spacious, high-traffic locations, NDL IDA QB H1 / H2 with upper shelves, to the most compact NDL IDA COMPACT QB counter, designed for more limited spaces, we can support retailers with flexible, efficient, and visually appealing self-service concepts tailored to their needs.

Our more futuristic-looking NDL EXO promotional counter was also highly recognized, as always, thanks to its outstanding design and excellent product visibility.

To offer more options near the self-service counters, we also showcased our NDL VEGA SPACE QB LG / HG counters, featuring many modifications for different retailers’ needs.

Refrigeration Solutions Worth Mentioning

The refrigeration equipment showcased at the FREOR stand was designed to operate with R290 or CO₂ refrigerants. With CO₂ refrigerant as our primary solution for larger-format supermarkets and R290 for the smallest retail spaces.

Both options demonstrate our commitment to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, providing high performance while minimizing carbon footprint. Our versatile range ensures that whether it’s a compact store or a large-scale supermarket, each unit delivers optimal temperature control, reliability, and low operating costs.

In addition, we introduced an environmentally friendly, space-saving solution for small to medium cold rooms – the Hydroloop Monoblock for Cold Rooms – which proved particularly popular among owners of smaller supermarket concepts. The monoblock was implemented in the cold room, which was connected to the same R290-driven refrigeration line, including NDL JUPITER and NDL JUPITER ROLL-IN multidecks, and NDL ERIDA freezer. To maintain a similar design, NDL JUPITER, NDL JUPITER ROLL-IN, and the cold room were equipped with in-house-produced FREOR Glass Doors.

The Hydroloop Monoblock for Cold Room has enhanced our focus on providing flexible, sustainable, and easy-to-integrate refrigeration solutions across all store formats.

Reengineered ENERGY Refrigeration Equipment

EuroShop 2026 was an exciting opportunity for us to showcase our ENERGY refrigeration equipment models, which maintain the same trusted design while delivering higher energy efficiency than our standard models. The carefully selected and integrated high-efficiency components in ENERGY models can deliver up to 50% in energy efficiency. They were the main focus of conversation, with people buzzing to learn more.
