FREOR siekia kurti ilgalaikes partnerystes tiekdama aukštos kokybės, inovatyvius ir energiją taupančius komercinės šaldymo įrangos sprendimus. Tai leido FREOR įgauti pasitikėjimą daugelio žinomų prekybos tinklų, esančių daugiau nei 50 šalių visame pasaulyje. Neseniai pasitikėjimą FREOR parodė ir Slovakijoje įsikūręs Fajne Potraviny tinklas, kuris, po pirmojo FREOR įgyvendinto projekto vienoje iš jų parduotuvių, nusprendė pratęsti bendradarbiavimą atnaujinant ir kitas tinklo parduotuves.
Fajne Potraviny komanda buvo sužavėta itin efektyviais šaldymo įrangos energijos suvartojimo rezultatais, kuriuos pavyko pasiekti naudojant FREOR Hydroloop šaldymo sistemą anksčiau įrengtame prekybos centre, Košiče mieste. Dėl išskirtinai efektyvių energijos suvartojimo rezultatų ir didelių elektros kainų, tinklas nusprendė atnaujinti ir kitas Fajne Potraviny parduotuves, o parduotuvei, esančiai Cassovar prekybos centre, pasirinko Hydroloop Hybrid WPI sistemą.
Hydroloop sistema tai ekonominis ir energetiškai efektyvus sprendimas parduotuvėms, leidžiantis autonominius šaldymo įrenginius pajungti į skysčiu aušinamą sistemą, kuri leidžia perteklinę kondensavimosi šilumą pakartotinai panaudoti parduotuvės reikmėms. Hydroloop sistema turi įvairias versijas, pritaikytas patenkinti skirtingų klientų poreikius. Viena iš jų – energiją ir vietą parduotuvėje taupantis sprendimas mažesnėms parduotuvėms – Hydroloop Hybrid WPI sistema, kurią Fajne Potraviny pasirinko savo parduotuvės atnaujinimui.
Hydroloop Hybrid WPI – skysčiu aušinama šaldymo technologija, kurioje kiekviename iš komercinių šaldymo įrenginių veikia integruotas mažo dydžio cirkuliacinis vandens siurblys, taip panaikinant pagrindinės vandens siurblinės poreikį ir užtikrinant daugiau vietos parduotuvėje dėl techninės patalpos siurblinei panaikinimo. Integruoti didelio našumo cirkuliaciniai siurbliai veikia sinchroniškai su šaldymo įrenginio kompresorių veikimu, ne daugiau nei 16 val. per parą. Tuo tarpu, tradicinėje Hydroloop sistemoje siurblinė veikia 24 val. per parą, todėl su Hydroloop WPI sistema yra sutaupoma apie 30 % energijos.
Hydroloop Hybrid WPI sistema leidžia apjungti dvi atskiras šilumos pašalinimo sistemas su galimybe perjungti režimus. Šiluma pasirinktinai gali būti išskiriama tiesiogiai į prekybos salę per orinį kondensatorių, esantį įrenginyje (žiemos laikotarpiu) arba būti pašalinama iš parduotuvės per glikolio liniją į lauką (vasaros laikotarpiu). Tai leidžia pagal poreikį šildyti parduotuvės patalpą ir ženkliai sumažina parduotuvės energijos suvartojimą.
Naudojant natūralių propano (R290) dujų šaltnešį, sistema, kartu su inovatyvia Continuous Cooling technologija, kuri buvo sumontuota komercinėje šaldymo įrangoje, gali pagerinti parduotuvės energetinį efektyvumą net iki 70%. Būtent dėl tokių, išskirtinai efektyvių rezultatų Fajne Potraviny ir pasirinko FREOR.
FREOR, atnaujintoje Fajne Potraviny parduotuvėje, sumontavo vieną populiariausių savo gaminių – aukštus priesienius JUPITER, kuriuos pritaikė prie kliento poreikių, sumažindami jų priekinį aukštį – JUPITER LOW FRONT. Beveik visi aukšti priesieniai buvo pasirinkti su stiklinėmis durimis, siekiant užtikrinti dar geresnį energetinį efektyvumą ir tik vienas, daržovėms skirtas, atviras priesienis su apatine stiklo sienele, papildomam energijos taupymui. Parduotuvėje taip pat buvo sumontuoti šaldikliai ERIDA ir VEGA SPACE QB HG vitrinos. Visa šaldymo įranga yra įrengta su LED apšvietimu ir energiją taupančiais elektroniniais ventiliatoriais, kurie dar labiau sumažina energijos suvartojimą. Visa parduotuvėje sumontuota šaldymo įranga buvo prijungta prie Hydroloop Hybrid WPI šaldymo sistemos.
