Assorti ist ein erstklassiger Anbieter von frischer Feinkost und sehr stolz auf sein Engagement für dessen hohe Qualität. Um die Frische seiner erlesenen Spezialitäten zu erhalten, entschied sich Assorti für autonome Plug & Play-Kühlmöbel von FREOR.
Das Design der installierten Kühlmöbel passt sehr gut in das stilvoll-moderne Ladenlayout. Mit seiner dunklen Farbgestaltung tritt der Kühlmöbelkorpus optisch hinter die wie in einem Fenster beleuchteten Lebensmittel zurück. Die mit dem Naturgas Propan R290 betriebenen Kühlmöbel sparen bis zu 30 % an Energie und leisten damit einen Beitrag zu einer umweltfreundlicheren Zukunft. Die doppelte Schallisolierung der Kompressoren und ihre Montage in der Rückseite des Kühlmöbels minimieren den Geräuschpegel und garantieren einen entspannten Einkauf.
Das Fachgeschäft wählte die einzelnen Kühlmöbel mit großer Sorgfalt aus. Oberstes Ziel war es, die verschiedenen Gruppen von Lebensmitteln in ihrer Frische zu erhalten und in ihrer Qualität hochwertig zu präsentieren. FREOR stattete die frisch renovierte Assorti-Filiale mit folgenden Kühlregalen, Frische-Theken und TK-Möbeln aus:
Alle offenen Kühlregale wurden mit Frontglaspaketen ausgestattet. Diese kleinen Glasscheiben verhindern, dass ein Teil des fallenden Kaltluftschleiers beim Übergang in das Ansauggitter entweicht. Mit dieser kleinen Maßnahme spart der Markt bis zu 15 % an Energie. Außerdem leisten die Frontgläser einen nicht unerheblichen Beitrag zur Aufrechterhaltung einer gleichmäßigen Temperatur im gesamten Kühlmöbel. Durch die Installation zusätzlicher Nachtrollos für die Zeit nach Ladenschluss wurden Energieeinsparung und Lebensmittelschutz zusätzlich erhöht.
