FREOR reiste mit Unterstützung seines Vertriebs- und Wartungspartners Frigie King nach Auckland, der größten Stadt Neuseelands. Sie liegt auf der Nordinsel des Landes. Dort befindet sich auch der kürzlich renovierte Smart Supermarket mit den von FREOR neu installierten Gewerbekälteanlagen.
Neuseeland gilt als eines der grünsten Länder der Welt. Damit ist nicht nur seine Naturvielfalt gemeint, sondern auch seine ökologische Ausrichtung. Das Land hat das Ziel, bis 2050 seine Treibhausgasemissionen auf 0 zu reduzieren – mit Ausnahme von Methan, das in der Land- und Abfallwirtschaft anfällt. Wir waren hoch erfreut, dass der Smart Supermarket sich für die klimafreundlichen Kühllösungen von FREOR entschied. So können wir als Unternehmen einen Betrag leisten zu dem o.g. großen Ziel.
Der Supermarkt war auf der Suche nach einem Kühlsystem für den Betrieb seiner Kühlmöbel. Hier fiel die Wahl auf ein Hydroloop-Hybrid-System – gleichfalls von FREOR. Das Kühlsystem wird mit dem klimafreundlichen Kältemittel Propan (R290) betrieben. Das Naturgas hat ein verschwindend geringes Treibhauspotenzial von 3 GWP.
Die Hydroloop-Kühlsysteme von FREOR finden immer mehr Anerkennung bei Kunden, die für ihr Unternehmen umweltfreundliche Kühllösungen įn Betracht ziehen. Das System verwendet mit R290 eines der nachhaltigsten Kältemittel. Dank des besonders niedrigen Kältemittelbedarfs und einer sehr geringen Leckagerate zählt es zu den besonders klimafreundlichen Systemen.
Das vom Smart Supermarket gewählte Hydroloop-Hybridsystem ermöglicht die Kombination von zwei verschiedenen Wärmeabfuhrmodi: Im Wintermodus sorgt ein in der Anlage integrierter Luftkondensator für das Heizen der Verkaufsräume durch die Abwärme der Kühlmöbel. Im Sommermodus wird diese Wärme über eine Glykolleitung an die Außenluft abgeführt. Durch die Nutzung überschüssiger Kondensationswärme zu Heizzwecken und durch den Einsatz im System verbauter Energiesparkompressoren kann der Supermarkt bis zu 25 % seiner Energiekosten einsparen. Dieser Wert macht das Hydroloop-Hybridsystem von FREOR zu einer überzeugend nachhaltigen und energieeffizienten Kühllösung.
Der Smart Supermarket war auf der Suche nach flexiblen Kühlmöbeln, die für unterschiedlichste Lebensmittel einsetzbar sind.
Der Markt entschied sich u.a. für JUPITER Kühlregale. In mehr als 46 Kühlregalmetern wird der größte Teil der Frischwaren auf zweierlei Art präsentiert: JUPITER mit Glastüren für eine höhere Energieeffizienz und JUPITER ohne Glastüren für einen höheren Warenumschlag.
Die Bedientheke VEGA SPACE OB HG zeigt den Kunden das Frischfleischsortiment des Marktes auf großzügigen Auslageflächen und mit persönlicher Ansprache.
FREOR implementierte zudem das horizontale TK-Möbel LEDA. Zusammen mit den abschließenden Kopfmöbeln bringt es diese TK-Insel auf 16 Meter Länge mit viel Platz für Tiefkühlprodukte und Eiscreme. Die TK-Möbel vor Kopf eignen sich besonders für Aktionsangebote im Rahmen eines optimierten Merchandisings.
Alle im Smart Supermarket installierten Kühlmöbel gehören zur FREOR Produktreihe Green Wave R290.
