FREOR LT, sėkmingai auganti į eksportą orientuota Lietuvos prekybinės šaldymo įrangos gamintoja, baigė naujos modernios 16 300 m2 ploto gamyklos statybą Vilniuje. Į naująjį pastatą keliasi ir įmonės būstinė, ir gamybos veikla. Persikėlimas suplanuotas nestabdant gamybos proceso, kad kuo geriau užtikrinti klientų užsakymų įvykdymą.
Naujoji gamykla, į kurią jau perkelta apie 90 % gamybos, jau pradėjo savo veiklą. Naujose gamybos linijose sumontuota pažangi robotizuota technika, įrengta moderni 350 metrų ilgio miltelinio dažymo linija, kurios šiluma bus pilnai panaudojama patalpų šildymui šaltuoju metų laiku. Šiuolaikinėje gamykloje įrengiama sertifikuota laboratorija, kuri atitiks pasaulinį komercinės šaldymo įrangos testavimo standartą pagal ISO 23953. Numatoma, kad naujoji FREOR gamykla pilnu pajėgumu veiks nuo 2021 metų pavasario.
Naujojoje gamykloje bus kuriami ir tobulinami energiją taupantys ir aplinką tausojantys šaldymo sprendimai, gaminami pažangūs prekybiniai šaldymo priesieniai, vitrinos bei šaldikliai maisto produktų eksponavimui ir pardavimams įvairaus formato parduotuvėse, įskaitant ir didžiuosius prekybos tinklus.
Naujoji gamykla žymi naują FREOR raidos etapą. Tai svarbus įmonės modernizavimo ir plėtros projektas, leisiantis padidinti gamybos pajėgumus ir geriau patenkinti augančią tarptautinę paklausą. Modernūs technologiniai sprendimai ir procesų automatizavimo įgyvendinimas pagerins gamybos proceso efektyvumą, pakels gaminių kokybės lygį, sumažins energijos suvartojimą ir anglies dvideginio išmetimą bei pagerins darbo sąlygas įmonės darbuotojams. Persikėlimas į naują būstinę ir gamyklą taip pat simboliškai žymi 20-uosius įmonės veiklos metus.
Naujoji gamykla statyta laikantis aukščiausių tvarumo standartų ir turi A + energetinio efektyvumo klasę. 2 400 m2 yra skirti įmonės administracinei būstinei. Šiuolaikiškame biure įrengta darbuotojų valgykla bei sporto zona, o darbo vietose darbuotojų patogumui įrengti reguliuojamo aukščio stalai.
